Happy New Year, fellow swashbucklers! We’ve been dormant for the holidays and now we’re back - in public, face to face! We’re kicking off 2019 with the Pasadena Comicon where co-creator Tprinces will have a booth ready full of all of our new merchandise, including exclusive prints, brand new keychains and Chapter 4 books! And the best part of it is that they all come with specialty con price, which cuts out shipping/handling costs. Plus, you can get your items autographed!
Off To War!
Just a heads up for all of our fabulous followers: Both authors of Longitudes and Latitudes (Tprinces and I) will be taking off a week for SCA War, a sporting and drunking event. As you all know, we're huge history buffs here at L&L and as much as we love our pirate boys, there's war drums calling for us. Plus, we'll be celebrating the anniversary of our first meeting!
Ergo, there will be no updated page this week.
Thank you all for your followship, and we will see you in March!
Sorry, folks, as much as we'd like to get the page to ya this week, it's time to hit up the pina coladas on a (shark ridden) beach and totally (hate) enjoy myself! That's right, yours truly (TRUETeargem, get it, get it?? No? Just me? Ok...) will be heading to Mexico for seven days. But have no fear! I shall return and so shall the updates. In the mean time, our lovely Tprinces is always here online to answer any questions, accept fanart for the contests, and sing all the pirate shanties necessary.
See you guys in a week!
Longitudes and Latitudes will be in the Artist Market for this year's PMX!
Yes, you read that correctly. Instead of sticking to our usual one convention a year, Tprinces of L&L will make an appearance at this year's Pacific Media Expo! Missed Yaoi Con? Wish you could get your hands on exclusive merch? Want to see us in person!?* Now's your chance to see a repeat performance! Come to PMX, drop in, say hi, and walk away with your hands full of booty!!
*Half of us
Hope to see you there!
Longitudes and Latitudes Patreon Launched!
You got that right!
We've finally launched our Patreon page, where you can, for a variety of affordable prices, be rewarded for your fanship!
We feel here at L&L that you deserve more than a weekly page and a yearly chapter; so much that you can now get VIP access to one of a kind NSFW images, original sketches, eBooks, concept art, character profiles - and you could even be chosen to star in the Longitudes and Latitudes comic yourself! And that's not even all of it.
But why hang around here? You can click the Patreon logo at the top or follow the link below and go check out those rewards tiers for yourself! Because, as the Captain himself knows, there's more where that came from.

OFF TO YAOICON!!
Every year, we jet off to San Francisco to run our booth for the good ole YaoiCon, and we won't be missing out on that this year either. We truly hope to see you there as you will then be eligible for great deals and prizes! We even do authors panels and have very rewarding raffles. 8D
Unfortunately, this means we won't be having any page uploads that weekend, but we'll be back soon enough!
Our author's panel will be on Friday (9/16) from 3-5pm (the room # is TBD, but info is available at our booth in the Artist Alley).
NEW THINGS THIS YEAR:
- Every year we try to do a special item (which is usually the new issue), but this year we're doing a fantastic eBook based on an AU of Longitudes & Latitudes. Just picture this: Taylor and Andrew in a biker gang. That means lots of leather and lots of 18+ content.
- We are going to be able to accept credit and debit cards this year! We've downloaded the good ole Square app and you will no longer have to spend a million dollars on ATM fees (thank bejesus).
- New Yaoicon exclusive prints! While a few will later be available in our shop, some of the prints that we will be selling will be con exclusive - that means they're not found anywhere else!
- On top of that, every customer attending the con will receive Con Pricing, where everything is at a discounted and shippingless price! Yay for con pricing!
- We will also be offering a pre-order sheet for CHAPTER 4 of our comic. It will not unfortunately be done by the con, however those who pre-order with us there in San Francisco will be able to receive con pricing, as well as dodging shipping costs! So you'll be able to get it sooner and cheaper! (Following the con and the work-through with our publishers, it will not be available for pre-orders. You will have to wait until after printing to buy it from our store).
- Other news, we will be signing folks up for our Patreon, which will be launching around the Yaoicon time frame! More info later, launch date TBD.
See you there or see you when we return!
If you don't already know, we'll be back again this year for Yaoi-con in San Francisco! We'll be there 9/18 through 9/20 at Table 3 of Artist Alley, with books and merchandise to sell, as well as raffle tickets so that you can win so many glorious swagities from our booth! Remember, show up in L&L cosplay and get free tickets! You will also find discount prices on products that are only available at cons, as well as rare merch!
Heads up, however, since the 4th issue wasn't (very unfortunately) finished in time for the con, we won't be able to offer exclusive books of it at the con. None the less, we'll have it done by the end of this year and it will be available in print and ebook formats just like all the others! Yay!
We hope to see you guys at the con, boot buckles shining!
It hasn't become national news yet, but as of April, Longitudes and Latitudes has signed on and become an entity with Less Than Three Press, a wonderful publishing company you may have heard of. This is fantastic! You may clap now.
They display some truly fabulous works on their webpage, so please check out all the yummy Yaoi goodness that can be found at this button here:
SO! What does this mean? For those that have been following us from the beginning, you know that we have been self-published for some time, which means our two man team has been dealing with the comic creation, the editing, the printers, the merch, the advertising and customer service all on our lonesome (*cue collective "AWE!"*). Now we are able to delegate a lot of that to the very helpful people of LT3.
Yo-ho, what does this mean for YOU? It means that you, as viewers, are going to be given much more opportunity while following or purchasing the L&L pirate comic. LT3 will be able to offer L&L in a new format (some of you may have noticed you received different looking books than before), with brand new covers, in a variety of languages and without errors! Also, you will be able to find L&L featured in more comicons, as well as other online locations for purchase.
And, VERY IMPORTANTLY, Longitudes and Latitudes will now be able to offer THE FULL NOVELS IN eBOOK FORMAT through the LT3 webpage!! Yaaaaay!
With all this going on, we are very excited to have you guys taking this crazy step into a better comic and a more available setting. So check them out and cruise our new site.
ALSO: Don't forget to sign up for our newsletter to receive important updates on pages, merchandise, events and other offers!
Happy Birthday to our new website! We are proud to offer a whole new slew of fun things to interact with! Check out the new pages in archives, art galleries (prints, wallpapers, soundtrack, fanart), crew log and artist info; or sign up for our newsletter and buy from our new online store!
NOTE: As we just launched, we're still working out small bugs and glitches, so if there is anything that you, as viewers, can spot, please let us know under "CONTACT US" in the navigation bar or comment beneath the afflicted page.
This also means larger changes on the other websites we advertise on (DeviantArt, Tumblr, Facebook). In other words, and nowhere in the near future, we will only be posting the full pages on our website, leaving links and click-through pics for all other sites. We will still be updating regularly on all of them with page updates, journals and so-on, however most of our traffic will now be through this site.
Which is an even better reason for you to sign up for our newsletter! That way, you are all able to keep updated when we post new pages, art, blogs, merchandise and more!
And last but not least, we wanted to thank you all for your immense support and amazing community! We can't do it without you and that's something we try to recognize on the daily. So have fun, cruise, and we'll be seeing you around!
